How do I return an item?

All prices displayed and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity.

You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty or wrongly described. All returns to be made within 14 days of the date of receipt and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes.

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return item within 14 days, and we will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return carriage.

Please contact customer service via email, should you have further queries or require more information on returning an item. Your correspondence will be replied to as a priority.
