SAGE    Salvia officinalis

Helps overcome tiredness, depression and grief.  

Helps ease muscular pain.

Helps in formation of scar tissue.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Geranium, Ginger, Lavender, Orange, Rosemary.
