JUNIPER Juniperus communis

Fortifies, unburdens and empowers.

Effective diuretic - for gout, add 5 drops to water and soak feet.

Gives relief from rheumatic pain.

Helps congested oily skin, oily scalp, blocked pores, dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Cypress, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Lavender, Orange, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Sandalwood.
