Description
Suits normal to oily skins
The trace elements in clay help draw out dirt and impurities from the pores of the skin whilst smoothing, toning and revitalising the skin.
Green Clay is naturally rich in minerals and is particularly cleansing to oily skins as it absorbs excess Sebum, and is hence excellent for acne and other skin disorders.
Facial Masque Directions:
Exfoliate face using Ameretat Lavender Walnut Scrub
Wash and pat dry
Make a paste: 1 teaspoon clay, 1 drop 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil and spring water
Apply on face, neck and décolletage
Leave for 5-10 minutes
Wash and pat dry
Moisturise with Ameretat Everyday Natural Facial Oil
Body Masque Directions:
After a warm shower, exfoliate body using a body brush
Make a paste: 8 heaped tablespoons clay, 1 tablespoon Sweet Almond oil, 5 drops 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil and hot water
Spread the clay pack all over the body, starting with feet and working up towards the heart
Leave for 15-20 minutes
Wash and pat dry
Moisturise with Ameretat Body Oil
Drink plenty of water to rehydrate
Body Wrap Directions:
After a warm shower, exfoliate body using a body brush
Make a paste: 8-10 heaped tablespoons clay, 1 tablespoon Sweet Almond oil, 4 drops each of 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil and 100% Pure Juniper Essential Oil and hot water
Spread the clay pack all over the body, starting with feet and working up towards the heart, paying more attention to problem areas such as thighs, buttocks and stomach
Cover/wrap body with cling wrap, foil or elastic bandages to retain the heat
Leave for 15-20 minutes
Wash and pat dry
Moisturise with Ameretat Everyday Body Oil
Drink plenty of water to rehydrate
Warning:
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only; do not ingest. For dry skins, do not let the face masque dry completely. Wash and remove before it dries completely.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
