PALMAROSA     Cymbopogon martini

Calming yet uplifting effect on emotions and helps ‘to go with the flow’.

Use if living in the past or are ‘empty nesters’.

Helps skin re-growth by hydrating and stimulating secretion of sebum.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Geranium, Jasmine, Lavender, Lime, Orange, Petitgrain, Rose, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang.
